The Certificate in Cardiorespiratory fitness course is a specialized program designed for fitness enthusiasts such as Marathoners, Triathletes, Runners, Swimmers, cyclists and almost every sports athlete who wants to take their performance to the next level.
This will also provide Fitness Professionals necessary tools to train clients who want to participate in endurance fitness and sport, as well as to improve general cardio fitness for regular clients.
This course will give a specific understanding of cardiovascular (Heart rate based) and cardiorespiratory (Lung capacity) components, highlighting the Gross anatomy & Physiology, energy systems for endurance training. Essentials of cardiorespiratory response to exercise.
The course also encompasses importance on mechanism on breathing, Heart rate zones, homeostatic control of respiration, VO2 Max and adaptation to Aerobic exercise.
